How we create our PYRATEX® fabrics

We source
& analyse
Our R&D team is constantly researching new, functional fibers.
We analyse their properties, potential performance, and scalability.

We BLEND
We create the yarn blend by selecting the most suitable fiber to mix with the new, innovative fiber we want to work with, based on its quality and performance.

We TEST
We test the yarn after it is spun. We work with independent European textile laboratories to test it, in order to evaluate its strength, permeability, quality and functionality.

WE DESIGN
We design our fabrics' structure based on the needs of the market, as well as our expertise in innovation.

WE KNIT AND FINISH
The fabric is knitted in circular knitting machines in our Italian, Spanish or Portuguese mills.
It is then dyed and finished without using any harmful chemicals, following several European certifications.

WE TEST
We test our finished fabric at independent European laboratories and institutes in order to confirm it adheres to our standards.
This ensures that the fabric does not loose any of its natural properties during its production process.

WE LAUNCH
Our new PYRATEX® fabric is ready.
We have a wide range of structures and blends in order to fulfil the different apparel markets' needs (sportswear, athleisure, ready to wear, kidswear...).
